Contest Official Rules:

‍1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Customers enter by wearing a costume to a participating store and capture a photo or video at the location. The separate Halloween BOGO offer requires purchase and is subject to its own terms (see Section 10).



2. SPONSOR
TEASPOON LLC, a California limited liability company, located at 2290 Ringwood Ave., Suite E, San Jose, CA 95131 ("Teaspoon").

3. CONTEST PERIOD
Entries accepted from 7:00 AM PT on October 31, 2026, through 11:59 PM PT on November 1, 2026. Voting ends at 11:59 PM PT on November 2, 2026.

4. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state) with a public Instagram account. Entrants aged 13 to 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. By entering, they represent that they have obtained such permission. If a minor is selected as a winner, their parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before the prize is awarded. Any prize awarded to a minor will be issued to their parent or legal guardian. Employees of Teaspoon and its franchise partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.



5. HOW TO ENTER
Take a photo or video in costume inside a participating Teaspoon store. Post it publicly on your Instagram with the hashtag #TeaspoonBOO, tag @teaspoonlife, and follow @teaspoonlife. Limit one entry per person. Entries that don’t meet these requirements will be disqualified. 



6. VOTING AND WINNERS
Teaspoon will repost eligible entries to the @teaspoonlife Instagram account at its discretion. The two entries whose reposts receive the most likes at the end of the voting period win. Teaspoon’s count of likes is final. Ties will be decided by Teaspoon. Likes from purchased, automated, or fraudulent sources will not count and may result in disqualification.

7. PRIZES
First place: one $100 Teaspoon gift card. Second place: one $50 Teaspoon gift card. No cash substitutions or transfers. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Winners will be notified by Instagram DM and must respond within 7 days, or the prize may be awarded to the next eligible entry.

8. ENTRY CONTENT
By entering, you represent that you own the content, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that every identifiable person in it has consented to appear (and to be reposted). Costumes and content must be family friendly. Teaspoon may remove or disqualify any entry that is offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate, in its sole discretion.

Entries must feature an actual person wearing a costume at a participating Teaspoon location. Photos or videos that are wholly or substantially generated, fabricated, or materially altered using artificial intelligence (AI), including synthetic people, costumes, or backgrounds, are not eligible. Routine edits such as cropping, lighting, and color adjustments are permitted, provided they do not materially misrepresent the entry. Entries submitted through bots, automated accounts, or other fraudulent means are prohibited. Teaspoon reserves the right to request reasonable verification of an entry's authenticity and to disqualify entries that violate these requirements.

9. LICENSE
By entering, you grant Teaspoon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, display, and use your entry and your Instagram username on Teaspoon’s social media, website, and marketing materials. You must keep your post public through the end of the voting period.

10. BOGO OFFER
Offer is valid on October 31, 2026, at participating locations only. Customers wearing a costume may buy one drink and get a second drink of equal or lesser value at a 50% discount. A costume is required to participate in the offer. In-store only; not valid on third-party delivery. Cannot be combined with other offers. 

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, you release Teaspoon, its franchise partners, and their respective owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law. Teaspoon is not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, or Instagram outages.

12. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. You are providing your information to Teaspoon, not to Instagram.



13. GENERAL
Teaspoon may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical problems, or other issues compromise its integrity. Entrants must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Winners will be announced on Teaspoon’s social media channels. Winners’ names are available on request by emailing marketing@teaspoonlife.com after November 10, 2026.
